Breathwork 

Utilizing various types of breathwork, we can promote healthy energy flow, reduce anxiety, and minimize triggers. It may be used as a tool for emotion regulation, self-exploration, and spiritual insight. 

 

Psycho Drama

Psychodrama therapy is a form of group therapy where participants act out personal experiences and relationships in a dramatic way to gain insight and facilitate healing.  It involves group members to participate as the subject explores past events and emotions in a safe, structured environment.

 

Somatic Experiencing

This therapy is based on the principle that trauma can disrupt the nervous system and prevent individuals from fully processing traumatic events. SE is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma that focuses on releasing physical and emotional tension stored in the body. It helps individuals become more aware of their bodily sensations and learn to regulate their nervous system to process traumatic experiences. You have the ability to heal from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.  

 

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and aid in the body’s natural healing processes. I am a Master of Usui Reiki and have been practicing for over 10 years. When Life Force is blocked or depleted, it can lead to physical or emotional imbalance. By channeling energy through hand positions, blockages can be cleared and restore the natural flow of Chi. This process helps the body’s natural healing mechanisms to function more effectively.

PTSD Relief/Stress Management

Participants will learn how to self regulate, maintain emotion balance, learn techniques to soothe the nervous systems through practice and psycho-education.

Addiction Recovery 

I am a CASAC (Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor). I am of the school of thought that addiction is a symptom to a larger problem. My Holistic approach will address your addiction while holding safe space for you to attain emotional balance, tap into your Higher Self, set and maintain boundaries as you heal.

 

Chakra Clearing

This course will cover the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of each of the seven main Chakras, as well as the balancing and clearing of each chakra through movement, tone, color and Transformational Breathwork. The openness and flow of Chi through our chakras determines our state of health and balance. Knowledge of our more subtle energy system empowers us to maintain balance and harmony on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
